PU 507 | 506 (Globe+): Validation of KSeF certificates (Polish legislation)
Exact Globe+ has been supporting FA3 and KSeF 2.0 for e-Invoice submission to the KSeF portal, and for importing and processing received e-Invoices within the Exact Globe+ administrations.
Every environment has one certificate saved and shared among all the users who need to work with the KSeF invoices. The certificate is generated in the KSeF portal, uploaded, and added to Exact Globe+.
In this product update, the system will now validate the certificate after you fill in and save the company's data settings.
Validation
When you click Save at , Exact Globe+ will validate the certificate with the company VAT number which corresponds to the NIP (tax identification number).
The certificate will be saved if the certificate matches the NIP. Otherwise, you will see the following error message.
VAT number
Every certificate is associated with an NIP. If you change the NIP after the certificate is saved, the certificate will be invalidated. It is not advisable to update the NIP once the certificate is stored.
If you change the VAT number, you will see the following error message once you click Save.
If you click Yes, the new VAT number will be saved and the certificate which was saved will be removed.
