Creating and maintaining internal rates per job level

Introduction

This screen is displayed when  Add: Job level is clicked in the Rates tab in the project maintenance screen. For more information, see Creating and maintaining projects - Rates tab and How-to: Managing internal and external rates of projects. In this screen, you can create or maintain an internal rate per job level.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 421 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I add a job level for the project?

  1. In the Projects > Projects > Maintain projects screen, define the search criteria.
  2. Select a project.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Click the Rates tab.
  5. Click  Add: Job level.

Keep in mind: The Open button is enabled only if a project is selected in the overview.
