Notifications on pending invoice printing jobs are displayed in this screen. This is available if the invoice printing and processing are managed by the Exact Lightweight Integration Server (ELIS) server.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 410 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type or select a date or range of dates to display notifications that are created on the selected date(s). Alternatively, select the All check box to display all notifications.
Type or select an employment ID to display only invoices that have been sent for printing and processing by the selected person.
Select one of the following options:
Click this to delete the selected notification(s).
Click this to display the transactions within the selected notification. You can then start the printing job for the selected transactions. For more information, see Starting the invoice printing job.
Click this exit.
