In this screen, you can view and manage the production orders scheduled in each operation. See the following for the list of functions available in this form:
The information in this document is based on product update 405 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to schedule all active or new production orders in the Global scheduling screen. For more information, see Scheduling production orders.
Click this to view the schedule of a production order, move the operations of the production order, change the scheduling variables, view details of the production order, and assign work to employees. For more information, see Scheduling single production orders.
Click this to return to the Shop overview form. For more information, see Overview of Exact Visual scheduler.
Note: The grey color display for non-working days will be extended to the non-working hours at Op. zoom in.
Click this and click Operation capacity to override the capacity of an operation. For more information, see Overriding capacity of operations.
The following options are available:
Select a scheduled production operation and click Move at the toolbar to move the schedule of a production operation to a different timeframe. For more information, see Moving scheduled production operations.
Click this icon to change the view of the timeline.
Type or select a date to display the timeline with the selected date.
Click to define the criteria to display the timeline based on the defined criteria.
Click to select an operation of a production order to display the selected operation in the timeline.
Select this check box to perform a "what-if" scheduling.
This menu will be displayed when you right click a production operation.
Prod. zoom in
Click this to display the Prod. zoom in screen for this production operation. For more information, see Scheduling single production orders.
Production order
Click this to display the production order. For more information, see Creating and maintaining production orders.
Operation details
Click this to display the Operation details screen. For more information, see Viewing operation details.
Move
Click this to go to the Move step – Production order screen. For more information, see Moving scheduled production operations.
Approve
Click this to approve the production operation.
Clear manual locks
Click this to remove any manual locks on this production operation. For more information, see Clearing manual locks on production operations.
Edit operation capacity
Click this to display the Edit operation capacity screen. For more information, see Overriding capacity of operations.
Go to today
Click this to go the current date in the planner.
Go to date
Click this to display the Go to Date screen.
Click this to clear all selections.
Dashboard
Click this to display the Visual scheduler dashboard screen. In this screen, you can view the number of production operations that have been scheduled in the Firm Zone without being approved by the scheduler. For more information, see Working with Dashboard feature.
Refresh
Click this to refresh the Operation zoom in form to display the latest information.
