Creating and maintaining accounts receivable - Personal data classifications tab

Introduction

The Personal data classifications tab allows you to link the personal data classification for the accounts receivable.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 416 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I link the personal data classification for the accounts receivable?

  1. In the CRM > Accounts > Maintain accounts or Finance > Accounts receivable > Maintain screen, select an account.
  2. Click Open.
  3. Click the Personal data classifications tab.
  4. Click  New.
  5. Select a personal data classification.
  6. Click Select.
  7. Click Save.

How do I remove the personal data classification for the accounts receivable?

  1. In the CRM > Accounts > Maintain accounts or Finance > Accounts receivable > Maintain screen, select an account.
  2. Click Open.
  3. Click the Personal data classifications tab.
  4. Select the personal data classification from the overview.
  5. Click  Delete.
