Price agreements are price lists that apply to individual debtors. However, the sales prices of the items are based on the quantity and validity period of items ordered, as agreed upon in the price agreement. When the debtor places a sales order and the ordered items meet the requirements as stated in the price agreement, the sales price of the items ordered will automatically be displayed in the sales order. All price agreements that were created can be viewed at Order/Price management/Price lists or Invoice/Price management/Price lists. For more information, see Creating and maintaining price lists for sales orders and sales invoices.
Note: This function is available only if you have E-Price management in your license.
You can filter the price agreements that you want to display by defining one or more of the search criteria and clicking Search. The price agreements that match the search criteria you have defined are then displayed.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to search for price agreements based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each page. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons become available.

Select starts with or contains to search for price agreements that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type the ID of the debtor to search for price agreements belonging to the selected debtor. You can leave this box blank to search for price agreements belonging to any debtor.
Type the name of the debtor to search for price agreements belonging to the selected debtor. You can leave this box blank to search for price agreements belonging to any debtor.
Type the address to search for price agreements with the selected address. You can leave this box blank to search for price agreements with any address.
Type the city to search for price agreements with the selected city. You can leave this box blank to search for price agreements with any address.
Type the country code to search for price agreements with the selected country code. You can leave this box blank to search for price agreements with any country code.
Type the contact person to search for price agreements with the selected contact person. You can leave this box blank to search for price agreements with any contact person.
Select this check box to display all the created price agreements.
Click this to view and/or edit the selected price agreement.
Note: This button is enabled only if a price agreement is selected.
