The screen is displayed when Maintain: Properties is clicked in the Assortments screen by accessing the following menu paths:
In this screen, you can view the properties of an assortment. You can also create and/or edit the properties. For example, if you have specified ‘Colour’ as an assortment for a car, you can then define its properties such as ‘Black’, ‘Blue’, ‘Red’, and so on.
Click this to create a new property. Fill in the required information at Code and Description, and then click Save to save the information. You are not allowed to change the code once the property is saved.
Note: The maximum number of alphanumeric characters allowed for the code is 30 and for the description or name of the assortment is 60.
Click this to edit the description of the selected property.
Note: This icon is enabled only if you have selected a code.
Click this to delete the selected property.
Click this to exit.
