Projects ➔ Entries ➔ Print invoices
This screen displays an overview of the project sales invoices to be printed.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 421 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: The Print button is enabled only if a project sales invoice is selected in the overview.
Keep in mind: The Zoom button is enabled only if project sales invoice is selected in the overview. To return to the previous overview, click Back.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in the overview are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information on how to customize the displayed columns, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Type or select a project to display the invoices linked to the project.
Select Fixed, Time & Material, Internal, Production, or Training to display the invoices linked to the projects with the corresponding type. Select All to display the projects linked to any type of projects.
Type or select an invoice debtor to display the invoices linked to the debtor.
Type or select an invoice date or a range of invoice dates to display the invoices with the invoice date(s). Select the All check box to display the invoices with any invoice dates.
Click this to refresh the overview based on the search criteria.
Click this to view the details of the selected invoice.
Note: This button is enabled only if you have selected an invoice.
Click this to return to the overview of the invoices to be printed.
Note: This button is enabled only if Zoom is clicked.
Click this to print the selected invoices. For more information, see Printing and processing invoices.
Click this to exit.
