International Commercial Terms (Incoterm) such as Free on Board (FOB), Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) and others are especially important in international trade because they are frequently used in contracts where businesses trade internationally and help businesses in different parts of the world to better understand one another.
These terms are an International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) trademark, registered with the European Union and elsewhere and are protected by ICC copyright.
You can filter the information that you want to display. To generate an overview of Incoterms, you need to define one or more of the following criteria and click Search. The Incoterms that match the search criteria you have entered are then displayed.

Type the number of rows to be displayed in each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons become available.
Select the required option to filter the Incoterm that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type a full or partial Incoterm to search for the Incoterm.
Type a full or partial description to search for the Incoterm.
Select Yes to display active Incoterms, No to display inactive Incoterms, and All to display both active and inactive Incoterms.
Click this to delete a selected Incoterm. If for example, you select the Incoterm EXW and click Delete, a message “Delete: IncoTerm Codes – EXW. Depending on the size of your company, this function may take a long time because all files will be checked. Delete?” will be displayed. Click Yes to delete or No to exit.

Click this to create another Incoterm. For more information, see Creating and maintaining Incoterms.
Click this to exit.
