You can see this screen by clicking New or Open in the Assortments screen (go to Order/Price management/ Price lists or Invoice/Price management/ Price lists, click Open or New, and then click Assortments). This screen allows you to create price lists for the items based on assortments.
Note: This screen is available only if you have not selected the Price lists/price agreements per item group check box at System/General/Settings, under Order settings in the Price management section.
This box displays the price list code of the selected price list defined in the Maintain sales price lists screen (go to Order/Price management/ Price lists or Invoice/Price management/ Price lists, and then click Open or New). This cannot be edited.
This displays the assortment code of the selected price list. The code is based on the code defined at Pricelist followed by “-XXXX”. If you are creating the first price list “-0001” will be displayed, and for the second price list “-0002” will be displayed. This cannot be edited.
Type a description for the price list.
Select this check box if you want the Quantity boxes under the Price list info section to be in decimals.
Type or select the validity period of the price list for the item(s). By default, the from date displays the current date, and “31/12/2299” is displayed in the To box.
Select an assortment to create the price list for the item(s) with the selected assortment. Select All to create price lists for items with any assortment, or Empty to create price lists for items without assortment(s). By default, All is selected.
Note: The Assortment boxes displayed depends on the number of assortments created at Order/Items/Assortments, Invoice/Items/Assortment, or System/General/Settings, under Item data settings in the Assortments section. For example, if three assortments are defined, three Assortment boxes will be displayed.
Select the type of discount for the item(s). Select one of the following:
Type the percentage of discount for the item(s) in the price list.
Note: This box is available only if Percentage is selected at Discount type.
Type the amount of discount for the item(s) in the price list.
Note: This box is available only if Amount is selected at Discount type.
Type the markup percentage for the item(s) in the price list.
Note: This box is available only if Markup is selected at Discount type.
Click this to insert a new line to the price list.
Note: This is enabled only if two or more lines are created, and available only if Percentage or Amount is selected at Discount type.
Click this to delete a line in the price list.
Click Simple to hide the search criteria. You will only see the Price lists and Assortments sections.
Click Advanced to expand the search criteria.
Click this to save the price list.
Click this to create a price list for the item(s) based on assortment(s).
Click this to exit.
