Before project-based companies can reward their resources, they need to refer to the productivity reports of the people working at different locations within a certain period. In this screen, you can generate the report on the productivity of the people by person, manager, or cost center by comparing the realizations with the defined work schedules or the planning with the defined work schedules. For more information, see Creating and maintaining work schedules. Planning refers to the number of hours assigned to a person, on a specific date to conduct a specific task. On the other hand, realizations refer to the actual hours registered by a person in order to realize the planned or unplanned task.
You can obtain the following information from this report:
Projects ➔ Reports ➔ Productivity
You can filter the required projects by defining one or more of the following criteria and clicking Start. The projects that match the defined criteria are then listed. A list of options will be displayed if you click in the Cost center, Manager, and Person fields. From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Type or select a year to include the people who have realized their tasks within this year in the report. By default, the previously selected year is displayed.
Type a week or a range of weeks to include the people who have realized their tasks within the defined week(s) of the selected year in the report. Select the All check box to include the people who have realized their tasks within any week of the selected year in the report.
Type or select a date or a range of dates to include people who have realized their tasks on the defined date(s) of the selected year in the report. Select the All check box to include the people who have realized their tasks on any date of the selected year in the report.
Note: The start and end dates must be in the same year as the year selected at Year.
Type or select a cost center or a range of cost centers to include the people from the cost center(s) in the report. Select the All check box to include people from any cost center in the report.
Type or select a manager to include the manager and the subordinates of the manager in the report. Select the All check box to include all managers and the corresponding subordinates in the report.
Type or select a person to include the person in the report. Select the All check box to include all the people in the report.
Select Person, Manager, or Cost center to group the information in the report accordingly.
Select Week, Month, Quarter, or Year to present the report in the corresponding layout.
Select Realizations or Planning to include the realizations or planning details, respectively in the report.
Click this to start generating the report based on the defined criteria. For more information, see Productivity report.
