Introduction

You can obtain an overview of all the questions created for assessments such as tests, polls, and quality analysis from this page. When executing an assessment, each question will be displayed on a separate page. The questions for all assessments will be displayed according to the order of the description of the questions at the design stage. However, the order of the answers for the assessments will be as follows:

• When executing a test, the answers are displayed in a random order.
• When executing a poll or a quality analysis, the answers are displayed in the order set in the design of the question.

Roles & rights

To view the questions, function right 426 – Edit all tests and test settings is required. By default, users with the Corporate Administrator and Division General Manager roles have this function right.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Show

Click this to display the overview based on the defined criteria.

Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh and the Add button will be available in the overview.

Refresh

Click this to refresh the overview based on the latest criteria defined.

Execute

Click this to execute the assessment linked to the assessment item selected at Test/Poll.

Close

Click this to exit.

Add

Click this to add a new question.

Description

Criteria section

Test/ Poll

Type or select an assessment item to obtain an overview of questions linked to this item or to add a new question for this assessment item. This information is mandatory.

Questions

Type or select one of the following:

• All – Select this to display all types of questions.
• Active – Select this to display active questions only.
• Active + Future – Select this to display active questions and questions with a start date later than the current date. The start date is defined in the Start date field in the corresponding question card.
• Inactive – Select this to display inactive questions only.

Results section

Code

This column displays the code of the question. This code is automatically generated when you create a new question. Click the hyperlink to view or modify the questions.

Description

This column displays the description of the question.

Question

This column displays the questions and answers.

Start date

This column displays the start date of the availability of the questions.

End date

This column displays the end date of the availability of the questions.

Add

Click this to add a question.
