At this screen, you can obtain an overview of assessments such as tests, polls, and quality analysis created in Exact Synergy Enterprise. You can modify the existing assessments by clicking the hyperlinked code of the assessment or create a new one by clicking New or Add: Existing.
Workflow/Setup/Assessment/List
To access this screen, function right 462 – View pivot analysis of online test results is required. By default, users with the Division General Manager and Division HR roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to create a new assessment from a new assessment item. A new assessment item will be automatically created when you save the new assessment.
Click this to create a new assessment from an existing assessment item.
Click this to exit.

If you have created any assessment, it will be automatically listed when you access this page. However, if you have not created any assessment, you will receive the message, “No data found”. The columns display the following information, which is retrieved from the saved assessments:
