The countries functionality is used in many aspects in Exact Globe Next. Many countries are predefined by the system. In this screen, all the created countries are displayed. From this overview, you can:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Click this to search for the country or countries based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to “2”, then two rows will displayed. Therefore, if you have more than two rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous list of invoice codes and descriptions.
Click this to go to the next list of invoice codes and descriptions.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type the unique country code to search the country code.
Type a full or partial description to search for a country that matches the description.
Select All, Yes, or No at Active to display the search results according to your selection. All displays all available countries, Yes displays only active countries, and No displays only inactive countries.
Note: All countries will be activated automatically when you create a database or a company.
Type or select a Currency to search for countries by their currencies.
This displays the code of the country.
This displays the description of the country code.
This displays the status of the country code.
This displays the currency used by the country.
This displays the exchange rate according to the currency of the country.
Click this to delete the country. You can only delete countries that are not in use.
Note: This is enabled only if a country is selected.

Click this to create a country. For more information, see Creating and maintaining countries.
Click this to exit.
