The following screen, which is the overview of absence entitlements, is displayed once you click Entitlement at the Balance list screen (go to HR/Reports/Absence balance list, define the required criteria, and then click Display). You may adjust or delete an entitlement at this screen.
You can filter the absence types to be displayed. To search for the absence types, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Search. The absence types that match the defined search criteria are then displayed.
Note: It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and Deleting Columns.
Click this to search for the absence type(s) based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each page. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons will become available.
Click this to return to the previous page.
Click this to go to the next page.
FilterSelect the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type the absence type to display the defined criteria.
Type the activity related to the absence type to display the defined criteria.
Click this to view or edit the selected absence type. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Absence Types.
Click this to copy the details of the selected absence type to a new absence type.
Click this to delete the selected absence type.
Click this to open an absence entitlement. On this screen, you can adjust the entitlement for this absence type. Type the number of days and click Save. The entitlement days will be created for this absence type. For more information, see Maintaining Absence Entitlement – Fixed Basis, Maintaining Absence Entitlement – Service Year Basis and Maintaining Absence Entitlement – Age Basis.
