You can view or create an absence record at HR/Entries/Absence or Payroll/Entries/Absence. You can also view or create the records at HR/Reports/Absence balance list and then click Display after the search criteria is defined. At the Balance list screen, select a resource and then click on Absence card.
You can click on the day to create a new absence request. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Absence Request.
Type or select the resource whom you want to view or create the absence record for.
Note: Only the administrator and/or Human Resource manager can view the planning for all resources.
Select this to view the absence record by month.
Select this to view the absence record by year.
Select the required option to display the absence record by Hours, Days, or Amount. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Hours.
Click this to update the search results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to view the work schedule of the selected resource.
Click this to create absence requests for multiple resources. For more information, see Creating Absence Request for Multiple Resources.
Click this to create a new absence request. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Absence Request.
Click this to export the generated absence report to Microsoft Excel.
Click this to exit.
