You will see this screen by clicking the Hours tab in a project maintenance screen. For more information, see Creating and maintaining projects. In this tab, you can obtain an overview of labor hour items and resources linked to the tasks booked on the project.
Select Item to display the overview by hour items. Select Person or None to display the overview for the person.
Type or select a budget scenario to display the hour items and people linked to this budget scenario.
Select this check box to allow only the tasks linked to the displayed hour item and person to be realized on the project.
Note: By default, the following columns are displayed. It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to create a new task for the project.
Click this to create a new budget for the project. This budget can be used to define the planned costs and revenue for the labor hour items assigned in the corresponding tasks.
Click this to edit a task assigned to the selected person.
Note: This can be edited only when you select None at Group by.
Click this to delete a task assigned to the selected person. However, it is not possible to delete a task linked to the selected person with realized hours.
