This page provides an overview of the public holidays observed by an organization.
To view public holidays, function right 104 — Maintain public holiday for a country is required. By default, users with the HR or HR assistant role have this function right.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.

Click this to add a public holiday to the respective country, division, or location. For more information, see Creating public holidays.
Note: This is available once you have clicked Show.
Type or select a country code to display the public holidays observed in that country. Once you have selected a country, you can view the details of the country by clicking the name of the country next to the box. For more information, see Modifying country data.
Select a year to display the public holidays for the selected year.
Type or select the division code to display the public holidays for the selected division. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Select List or Calendar to display the public holidays according to the selected format.
Type or select the location code of the organization. Once you have selected a location, you can view the details of the location by clicking the name of the location next to the box. For more information, see Creating and modifying location entries.
