There are 2 main possibilities to search for equipment that is available. The first is from a contract, by zooming in on the item number that matches the requirement of the customer. The second is by starting search functionality from outside a contact. The result of a search is the equipment that is within the selection criteria: the available equipment. This function can be started from the main CRM, search screen section "availability"

The rental rate structure for this piece of equipment by choosing the magnifying button on the end of the line. The item number schedule can be checked using the schedule button at the and of the line.The attachments and breakdowns items are shown in this same screen.
