In order to install e-Synergy the account should start the productupdater. In case an e-Synergy has been installed once before the productupdater can be found in the bin folder of the e-Synergy installation folder on the specific server. In case e-Synergy was never installed before the productupdater can be downloaded from the employee eportal of Exact. Customers and resellers are not able to download the productupdater when no installation has been done before.
Several steps needs to be done to perform a succesfull installation of e-Synergy:
