Address Type

There are 4 default address types existing in e-CRM;

• Delivery

• Postal

• Invoice

• Visit

You could edit the existing type, or create new.

Sometimes a customer has more than one physical location where rental equipment can be delivered, these are often referred to as 'Jobsites' and are created as seperate addresstypes. (The actual data can be maintained per customer after adding the new addresstype to the customer).

To create new address type go to module CRM [Maintenance, General, Address: Types].  Click on "New", you will get the following screen:

Field	Description
code	Sector unique code
Description	Description of address type

 

Click on "Save' to close.
