This page displays the job titles for contacts. You can also create, edit, or delete job titles.
Customers/Setup/General/Contact – Job titles
All users can view the job title overview. However, users can delete job titles only if they have function right 96 – Maintain job titles. Users with the HR role have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the overview based on the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the overview according to the last defined criteria.
Click this to create a new job title for contacts. For more information on how to create new job titles, see Creating and Modifying Job Titles for Contacts.
Click this to delete the selected job title for contacts.
Note: To delete job title, select the relevant check box under the column, and then click Delete.
Click this to exit.
