You can obtain an overview that displays all the titles in the system. Titles are important as you can use them to address people with different languages and gender when you create account and entries for people.
All users can obtain the overview of the titles.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to create a new title. For more information, see Creating Titles.

You can edit the details of the existing titles by clicking at the hyperlinks of the title codes under the Code column. Details which can be edited include the description, letter heading, abbreviation of the title, as well as the language and gender linked to the title.
In addition, you can also change the default status of a title. A default title is the title which will be automatically entered by the system once the language is defined when you enter the details for a contact person. A green check mark under the Default column means that the title is a default title.
