In Customer Relationship Management (CRM), multiple requests can be created whereby the same request can be created for different accounts.
Go to Customers/Report/Accounts/Search, define the search criteria, click Show, and then click Request.
All users can create multiple requests.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to create multiple requests based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Click this to exit.
Select a request to be created for the selected accounts. This is mandatory. For more information on how to create requests, see Creating and Modifying Requests.
Note: Only requests in draft mode are available for selection.
Select the method of which the selected request is to be created:
· Via: Process – Background – This will create the selected request for the accounts via a background job.
· Directly – This will create the selected request for the accounts without going through the background job.
Select any of the following:
· Account –This will create the selected request for the selected accounts.
· Account + Contact (Main) – This will create the selected request for the selected account(s) and the main contact of the accounts.
· Account + Contact (Selected) –This will allow you to manually select the accounts.
