This page provides an overview of the stock for items available in a selected warehouse by defining one or more of the following criteria. You can view the stock position, minimum, and maximum stock levels for the respective items in the selected warehouse. You can link a new item to the warehouse, specify the minimum and maximum stock levels, modify the minimum and maximum stock levels, and view the total items available at the warehouse.
To link a new item to the warehouse and specify the minimum and maximum stock levels, click New. For more information, see Linking Items to a Warehouse. To modify the minimum and maximum stock levels, click the item code in the Code column, or click the minimum stock in the Stock: Minimum column. To see a summary of the total items available at the warehouse, click the warehouse code in the Warehouses column.
Logistics/Entry/Inventory/Warehouse: Stock
To view and maintain warehouse inventory levels, function right 453 – Maintain warehouse inventory levels is required. Users with the Administrator and Item management roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to refresh the list of items based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Click this to link a new item to the selected warehouse. For more information, see Linking Items to a Warehouse.
Click this to exit.
Select a warehouse to display the items available at the selected warehouse.
Select an assortment to display the items linked to the selected assortment.
