How do I install Office Add-in?

1. Click Install in the Office Add-in section. The installation page will be displayed.
2. Click Download. For more information, see Installing MSXML Component, Office Add-In, and Synergy Office Integration.

Basic requirements and prerequisites for installation

• Supports applications in Microsoft Office 2000 and above.
• Users need to have the Administrator role on the local PC.
• Supports only Windows 2000, Windows 2003, and Windows XP operating systems.
• The component Tabctl32.ocx is required. For more information, see Controls shipped in Visual Basic 6.0.
• The component VBscript.dll should have minimum version 5.6.
• Update Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) to the latest version.
• Install the MSXML 3.0 and MSXML 4.0 components.
• Add the Exact Synergy Enterprise website to the list of trusted websites in Internet Explorer.
