Assets ➔ Entries ➔ Evaluation
The Asset Evaluation report shows the budgeted and actual depreciation for each asset as well as asset groups. Should there be any discrepancies, you can run the repair function to further depreciate the asset.
Select an option to group the report by asset groups, with the possibility to drill down to the assets that make up the group, or by the individual assets.
Select an option to view only fixed assets, only purchase contracts, or both.
Select a financial year to display only transactions within that year.
Define a range of periods to be included in the report. Select the All check box to include all periods.
Define a range of asset groups to be displayed. Select the All check box to include all asset groups.
Click this to generate the report.
Click this to exit.
