At this page, you can view the item releases for the assortment. Item releases are items with many versions. The item releases can be created, modified, recoded, or deleted. To delete the item releases, select the check box of the relevant item release, and then click Delete. The details of the item releases can also be copied to another item release.
To view the overview of item releases, go to Logistics/Setup/General/Assortments, and then click the relevant link of the assortment in the Code or Description column. Under the Monitor section, click Releases.
All users can view the item releases overview.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to update the overview.
Click this to create a new item release. For more information on how to create and modify item releases, see Creating and Modifying Item Releases.
Click this to delete the selected item release.
Click this to promote or recode the selected item release. For more information on how to promote and recode item releases, see Maintaining Item Releases.
Click this to exit.
Type or select the assortment to display the item releases of the selected assortment.
