This page allows you to view a list of managers in the organization. A manager is a person who has subordinate(s) assigned to him/her to perform the tasks in the organization. Click on the hyperlink at the Units column to view the list of managers assigned for the corresponding division or division group. You can also view the job title, employment type, employment status, division name, and total number of subordinates of the respective manager.
To view the list of managers in the organization, function right 158 — View resources reports is required. By default, users with the General manager, HR, or HR assistant role have this function right.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Select Employee, Contractor, Student, and/or Temporary check boxes to display managers belonging to the respective employment types. For more information, see Creating and modifying entries for people.
Select the Active, Hired, and/or Inactive check boxes to display managers with the respective statuses.
Select Group or Division to group the results accordingly.
This column displays the descriptions of the groups.
Note: This column is displayed only if Group is selected at Sort by.
This column displays the division codes and names.
Note: This column is displayed only if Division is selected at Sort by.
This column displays the number of managers for the respective group or division. You can click the hyperlink to display more information of the managers, including their full names, job titles, and the number of subordinates.
