At this page, you can create or modify questions for assessments such as tests, polls, and quality analysis. When executing an assessment, each question will be displayed on a separate page. The questions for all assessments will be displayed according to the order of the description of the questions at the design stage. However, the order of the answers for the assessments will be as follows:

You can access this page by selecting an assessment item at Workflow/Setup/Assessment/Questions, click Show, then click Add.
To create and modify questions, function right 426 – Edit all tests and test settings is required. Users with the Administrator and Exam manager roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to save the questions. If you are creating a new question, it will be added to the question list at Workflow/Setup/Assessment/Questions.
Click this to save the question and create a new one.
Note: This button is available only when you are creating a new question.
Click this to exit.
This displays the assessment item selected at Workflow/Setup/Assessment/Questions.
This displays the system generated code of the questions. The extension “_Q<number>" is automatically added to the item code. This information cannot be edited.
This displays the system generated description. To edit, type a new description. Questions in the assessments are presented in the order of the description of the questions.
Type or select the start date of the active status of the question
Type or select the end date of the active status of the question.
Select this check box to use HTML codes in the corresponding question layout. You can use HTML tags to format both the questions and answers.
Type the question here. Currently, you can only define questions that have one answer.
Type a code in alphanumeric characters to represent the answers and scores. This code is not visible when a person executes an assessment. Instead, only options are available for selection. The order of the answers for the assessments will be as follows:
Type an answer to the question defined at Question if you are creating a multiple choice question. However, leave this blank if you are creating an open question. In an open question, the person who executes the test has to fill in the answer.
Note: This column cannot be edited if you set the template as mandatory at Workflow/Setup/Assessment/Answer: Templates.
Type the score for the corresponding answer. For example, for a standard multiple choice questions, the score can be as follows:
However, other scores are also possible.
Note: The total score of the test is the sum of the score of answers based on the selection by the person who executes the test.
