Introduction

You can search for templates that you have created.

Roles & rights

All users can search for templates.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh and then click the required link under the Role column.

Criteria section

Type

Select one of the following to search for a specific type of template:

• Private - This can only be viewed by the user.
• Public: All - This can be viewed by everyone.
• Public: Group - This can be viewed by people in the same group as the user.
• Public: Division - This can be viewed by people in the same division as the user.
• Public: Cost center - This can be viewed by people in the same cost center as the user.
• Campaign - This searches for marketing campaign search templates. These templates are used for identifying the contacts targeted for a certain marketing campaign.

Sort by

Select the required option to sort the search results.

Template column

Click the template name to view the saved template.

Creator column

Click the creator name to view the personal card of the creator. This is the login name for Exact Synergy Enterprise.

Created column

This displays the date and time the template was created.

Action columns

Click Results to view the search results based on the template.

Click Delete to delete the template. Warning: Clicking this will delete the corresponding template without further confirmation.
