You can configure the Our ref. field for a request type in this page. This field is presented as a text box in a request and is used for the user to record "Our ref."
If there is an "Our ref." entered in the text box and the Our ref. field is disabled for editing in the current request status, a hyperlink with the "Our ref." is displayed instead of the text box. In this case, the user can click the hyperlink to go to the financial search page where the Our ref. criteria of the search is preset with the "Our ref." in the request. The user can then click Show in the financial search page to list all transaction entries with the "Our ref."
