It is possible to obtain an overview of all the process types performed in Exact Synergy Enterprise. Process types are the types of background jobs performed in the system.
System/Setup/Settings – General/Processes
All users with security level 10 and above can obtain the overview of the process types.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

You can also define the settings of the process types by clicking at the hyperlinks of each process type code under the Type column. The settings define the description and the priority of the process type as well as the document category used for documents that are created when the process is performed.
