Listing Target Agreement Profiles

Introduction

At this screen, you can view the list of target agreement profiles defined for employees. A target agreement profile consists of a set of target agreement groups and targets. A target agreement profile will be used for reviewing the targets of an employee. For people without any target agreement profile, the profile is created by clicking the hyperlink at Target agreement profiles under the General section of a personal card. On the other hand, for employees with existing target agreement profiles, the profile is created by clicking the hyperlink at Target agreement profiles, followed by Target agreements and New. To view or modify the target agreement profile, click one of the hyperlinks.

Menu path

To view the list of target agreement profiles, open a personal card. Under the General section, click the hyperlink for the latest target agreement profile at Target agreement profiles. Then, click Target agreements.

Note: If the hyperlink displays None instead of a date, it indicates that no target agreement profile has been defined for this person.

Roles & rights

To view a list target agreement profiles, function right 86 - View target agreement profile is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Target agreements

Click this to obtain the list of target agreement profiles.

Refresh

Click this to update the list of target agreement profiles.

New

Click this to create a new target agreement profile for this person. For more information, see Creating Target Agreement Profiles.

Close

Click this to exit and to return to the previous page.

Description

A person can have more than one profile displayed in the listing.

Description

This column displays the description of the target agreement profile. Click the hyperlink to view or modify the target agreement profile.

Agreement date

This column will display the first day of the validity period. Before the status of the target agreement profile is updated to Approved, this column will display the first day of the validity period. After the target agreement profile is updated to Approved, this will column display the date when the reviewer agrees on the set targets.

Completion date

Before the status of the target agreement profile is updated to Completed, this column will display the last day of the validity period. After the target agreement profile is updated to Completed, this column will display the date when the target agreement is confirmed by the corresponding personnel (for example, HR personnel).

Reviewed by

This column displays the name of the reviewer of the target agreement profile. Click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card.

Status

This column displays the status of the target agreement profile, as described below:

  • Open — The target agreement profile is in this status when newly created. If the background job is scheduled to generate the target agreement request automatically whenever a target agreement profile is created, then the status will be Draft. Nothing is required to be done by the reviewer at this stage.
  • Draft — The target agreement profile is in this status when a target agreement request is created manually or automatically.
  • Approve — When the reviewer has set the targets for the target agreement profile of his subordinate and performs the necessary workflow step (for example, Realize) in the corresponding request, the status of the target agreement profile will be updated from Open to Approved.
  • Complete — When the person agrees with the targets set by the reviewer and performs the necessary workflow step in the corresponding request, if required, the status of the target agreement will be updated from Approved to Completed.
  • Review — When the reviewer has reviewed the personnel and performs the necessary workflow step (for example, Approve), in the corresponding request, the status of the target agreement profile is updated from Completed to Reviewed.
  • Confirm — When the corresponding personnel (for example, HR personnel) has confirmed the reviewed target agreement profile and performs the necessary workflow step (for example, Process) in the corresponding request, the status of the target agreement profile is updated from Reviewed to Confirmed.
  • Final — When the status of the target agreement profile is updated to Confirmed, a scheduled background job will update the status to Final.

Note: The workflow step is realized, approved, or processed, depending on the request type defined at the corporate level at HRM/Setup/General/Settings or at the division level at HRM/Setup/Organization/Divisions in the Target agreement sections.

Request

Click the request ID hyperlink to display the requests linked to the target agreement profile, as described in the following:

  • The reviewer will see the request created for him to set targets with the corresponding person or review the personnel.
  • The person will see the request created for him to complete the target agreement profile when he agrees with the targets set by his reviewer.

Active

This column displays a green check mark if the profile is active. A profile is active if the agreement date of the profile is equivalent to or the latest but before the current system date. Only one profile can be active at any one time.
