Introduction

You can adjust payroll data of people on this page.

Roles and rights

To adjust the payroll data, function right 437 – View payroll processing is required. By default, users with the General manager, Controller, F&A staff, or HR role have this function right.

Note:

  • For more details on roles, go to Modules System Setup Security Roles.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I adjust payroll data?

  1. On the Payroll: Entry page, click Adjust in the Payroll section. The Payroll: Adjust page will be displayed.
  2. Define the necessary details.
  3. Click Adjust.
