This document provides you the steps to maintaining the properties of the account categories.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Type a unique code under this category. This is mandatory. Once you have clicked Save, you cannot edit the code.
Type a description for the new category code. This is mandatory. You can still edit the description after you have clicked Save.
Click this to save the newly created category code or changes made to the description.
Click this to create a category code.
Click this to exit.
Click this to define a new code for the category.
Click this to edit the description of the selected category code.
Note: This icon is enabled only if a category code is selected.
Click this to delete the selected category code.
