Introduction
This page displays the details of the selected operations. From this page, you can also register the time entries for your labor and machine hour items.
Roles and rights
To access this page, the Shop floor control role is required. In addition to that, a few requirements need to be met in order to access the Shop floor control system. For more information, see the Roles and rights section in Logging in to Shop floor control via Exact Synergy Enterprise.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is based on product update 251.
How do I view the details of operations?
- Log in to your Exact Synergy Enterprise. The Shop floor control page will be displayed.
- Clear the SFC operator UI check box.
- Click Login. Once you have logged in, you will see your database in Exact Synergy Enterprise user interface.
- From the top menu, click Production, and then click Entry.
- Click Job operation overview. The Back office: Operation overview page will be displayed.
- Define the search criteria, and then click Show.
- Click the hyperlink under the Operation column to view the details of the corresponding operation. The Operation details page will be displayed.
Keep in mind: To display the Production module at the top menu, click Preferences, and then click the Menu tab. Under the Top section, click Production, and then click
. Finally, click Save.

Operation details section
Production order
The production order number of the operation is displayed.
Customer details
This displays the details of the customer that the production order is for.
Item description
This displays the description of the make item for the production order.
Quantity
This displays the completed quantity of the make item over the planned quantity of the make item (defined in the header of the production order). The sales unit of the item will be displayed next to the values.
Start date
This displays the start date of the operation.
Status
This displays the current status of the operation.
Planned start time
This displays the planned start time of the operation.
End date
This displays the end date of the operation.
Planned end time
This displays the planned end time of the operation.
Running since
This displays the earliest start date and time of the operation. In cases where the operation is stopped and then restarted, the date and time displayed will not be changed. When the operation has not been started, “-” will be displayed.
