Release: To be journalized
[Project: Management, Journalizing projects, Release projects]
Make a selection of projects' transactions to be released and click the 'OK' button to release the transactions. The realized costs and/or revenue of the projects will then be transferred from the Balance Sheet (Work in process) account to the Profit & Loss account in Exact Finance. See [Processing functions].

The general usage of this screen is explained in the System manual. However, some of the fields may differ depending on the functionality. Fields that are not explained in the System manual will be explained here.
General journal
Select the general journal in which the journal entries will be created.
Financial year
Enter the financial year in which the journal entries will be created.
Period
Enter the period in which the journal entries will be created.
Entry date
Enter the date that you want to use as entry date for the journal entries.
