Overview of Continents/Regions

Introduction

It is possible to view all the continents or regions which have been created in the system. Continents and regions are important as you can use them to classify the countries.

Roles & rights

All users can view the list of the continents or regions.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Show

Click this to display the overview of continents or regions.

Refresh

Click this to refresh the overview based on the last defined criteria. You can only see this button after you have clicked Show.

New

Click this to create a new continent or a region. Select Continents or Regions and then click this button. For more information, see Creating Continents/Regions.

Close

Click this to exit.

Select this to display all the continents that are available in the system.

Regions

Select this to display all the regions that are available in the system.
