Go to Invoice ➔ Reports ➔ Sales commissions ➔ Commission history, and click Display.
This document provides the information on how to can obtain the history of the payment of sales commissions to sales employees. The payments are processed at Invoice ➔ To be processed ➔ Sales commissions. For more information, see Generating historical reports for sales commission payments, and Processing sales commissions.
This column displays the IDs of the sales employees linked in the sales transactions.
This column displays the full names of the sales employees linked in the sales transactions.
This column displays the invoice numbers.
This column displays the invoice dates.
This column displays the codes of the debtors linked to the sales transactions.
This column displays the names of the debtors linked to the sales transactions.
This column displays the net amount of invoices.
This column displays the amount of invoices.
This column displays the total cash received from the corresponding debtor, to date.
This column displays the difference between the amount of invoices and the total cash received from the debtor to date. The formula is summarized as follows:
Balance = Invoice amount – Cash receipt
This column displays the total amount of invoices that are eligible for sales commission calculation, for the portion of the corresponding sales employee.
This column displays the amount of commission for the portion of the corresponding sales employee.
This column displays the total amount of commission paid to the corresponding sales employee to date.
This column displays the difference between the amount of commission for the portion of the corresponding sales employee and the total amount of commission paid to the sales employee to date. The formula is summarized as follows:
Balance = Commission Amount - Commission paid
This column displays the manual adjustment made to the proposed sales commission amount in the corresponding invoice.
This column displays the total amount of commission paid to the corresponding sales employee to date and the manual adjustment made to the proposed sales commission amount in the corresponding invoice. The formula is summarized as follows:
Total completed = Comm. paid – Adjustment (Invoice)
If the check box in the column is selected, this indicates that the payment of sales commission is completed for the corresponding invoice.
Click this to zoom into the sales commission payment history of the selected sales employee and invoice.
Click this to export the report to Microsoft Excel.
Click this to view or maintain the invoice entry screen of the selected line.
Click this to exit.
