Description: Globe client install. Failed to register C:\program files (x86)\exact software\bin\crmofficeaddin.dll

Solution:

Remove and reinstall the Globe client per the steps below.

1. Remove Globe\Exact from Programs and Features.

2. Run Regedit and remove the Exact registry key from:

Hkey_Local_Machine, Software (32-bit workstation)

Hkey_Local_Machine, Software, Wow6432Node (64-bit workstation)

Hkey_Users, .Default, Software

3. Remove the Exact Shared folder (if it exists) from C:\program files (x86)\common files

4. Rerun the Globe client install
