InterConnect for Macola Order Comments Search

Use the Comment Search page to find words or phrases in comments that are on quotes and orders.

Searching for an Order Comment

1. Click InterConnect, Reports.

   

2. Click the Orders / Sales Reports link.
3. Under the Search heading, click the Comment Search link.

   

   

4. Select the Division that has the quotes or orders that you want to search.
5. Enter the word or phrase that you want to search for in the comments. When searching, you can search for comments that contain, are equal to, or start with the text you enter.
6. Select the type of records to search: quotes, orders, or other.
7. Click Refresh to search.
8. Quotes and orders that contain the text you are looking for are shown in the list.
