InterConnect for Macola RMA Order

The RMA Order page shows the RMA details, which include Order Information, Invoice to (the customer on the RMA), Sales (contact information for the customer), Taxes (tax information entered on the RMA), and Delivery to (account name and address to receive the shipment).

The list shows the line items on the RMA.

How to see an RMA Order

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

   

3. Under the Current Activity heading, click RMA Orders.

   

4. Click an RMA order number in the list.
