InterConnect for Macola: Copying Quotes

The Quote screen allows you to copy a quote using the Copy button at the top of the page.

How to Copy a Quote

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola Progression heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

   

4. On the Orders/Sales tab, under the Current Activity heading, click Open Quotes.

   

5. In the list of quotes, find the one you want to copy, and click the quote number in the Order number column.
6. On the Quote page, at the top, click the Copy button.
7. Enter the Account (customer number) to copy the quote to.

   

8. Click the Copy button. The Quote [QUOTE NUMBER] page opens showing the new quote.
