InterConnect for Macola Order Entry Price History

The Order Entry Price History Report shows the price and discount information for the item and the customer. The report also has a line with totals for the item and all customers to use as a comparison. You can print the report or export it to an Excel spreadsheet.

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page.

   

2. Click the Reports link.
3. Click the Order/Sales Reports link.
4. Under the Current Activity heading, click the Open Order link.

   

5. Use the fields at the top in the Orders section to filter the available orders.

   

6. Click Refresh.
7. In the Order No. column, click the sales order number that you want to view. This opens the sales order showing the order details and line items.
8. In the Line Items section in the Line No. column, click the line number. This opens the line item details.

   

9. Click the graph icon that is beside the Item number and description.

   

This opens the Order Entry Price History Report.

From the Order Entry Price History Report, you can open the Item Order History Report.
