Delegation List

Introduction

You can view a list of all the people involved in the delegation of access rights. Delegation of access rights allows you to gain access to Exact Synergy Enterprise using the identity of another person. This function is useful as it allows you to carry out the duties of your colleague while he or she is away.

In the list, you will see the people with their rights delegated to and from, as well as their divisions. Define one or more of the following criteria to view the list.

Menu path

Go to System/Setup/Security/Delegation, and then click All.

Roles & rights

To view the list of all the people involved in the delegation of access rights, function right 180 – Maintain delegation profile for specific employee is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Click this to update the list based on the last defined criteria.

Reset

Click this to clear the defined criteria.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

Division

Select the division where the rights are delegated from to view the delegation list for the selected division.

Type

Select All to view delegation list for people and resellers, People to view the delegation list for people only, or Resellers to view the delegation list for resellers only.
