Exact Globe Next provides a quick and easy way of
maintaining price agreements per item group in Microsoft Excel. You can also
make changes to the price agreement in Microsoft Excel, and update the price
agreement from Microsoft Excel via Add-Ins ?

The information in this document is
applicable to product update 410 and higher. If you have versions lower than
this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Print
Select this option if you want to view the
price agreement only in Microsoft Excel whereby any modification made to the
price agreement in Microsoft Excel will not be updated to Exact Globe Next.
Maintain
Select this if you want to edit the price
agreement in Microsoft Excel, and update the edited price agreement to Exact
Globe Next.
Range section
Currency
Type or select a currency code to search
for price agreements with the selected currency. This is mandatory.
Supplier
Type or select the ID or name of the
supplier to display the price agreement created for the selected supplier. You
can leave this field blank to display the price agreement with any supplier.
Date
Type or select the date or date range to
display the price agreement with the selected validity period. Select the All
check box to display the price agreement with any validity date. By default,
the All check box is selected. For example, if you enter a date range
from 02/11/2014 until 30/11/2014, the price agreement that is valid from
01/11/2014 until 30/11/2014 will not be displayed.
Item
Type or select the item code or item code range to display
the price agreement of the selected item code(s). Select the All check
box to display the price agreement with any item code. By default, the All
check box is selected.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Print
option is selected.
Item group
Type or select the item group to display
the price agreement of the selected item group. You can leave this field blank
to display the price agreement with any item group.
Show section
Level
Select what you want to display in Microsoft Excel. Select
one of the following:
- Item — Select this option to display all the selected
item(s) in Microsoft Excel.
- Item group — Select this option to display only the information
pertaining to the item group discounts in Microsoft Excel.
Note: This is available only if you have selected the
Print option.
Columns
You can select the number of discount columns to be
displayed in Microsoft Excel for the item(s). Select one or more of the
following:
- All — Select this check box to display all the discount
columns of the item(s).
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 — Select the 1 check
box to view only the first quantity and discount columns of the item(s). Select
the 2 check box to view the first quantity and discount columns, and
second quantity and discount columns of the item(s). For example, for a certain
item you give 5% discount if five or more units are purchased, 10% for 25 or
more units, and 20% for 100 or more units. In this case, you should select the 3
check box so that the three different discounts will be displayed.
Extra section
Group by
You can specify how you want the price agreement to be
grouped. Select one of the following:
- None — Select this option to display all the items in the
price agreement.
- Item group — Select this option to display all the items
in the price agreement within the same item group.
- Supplier — Select this option to display all the items in
the price agreement belonging to the same supplier.
Note: The Item group option is available only
if you have selected the Print option.
Show
You can specify how you want the price agreement to be
displayed. Select one of the following:
- New price — Select this option to display the new price
(price of the item(s) after discount) of the item(s) in the price agreement.
- Discount % — Select this option to display the percentage
of discount for the item(s) in the price agreement.
- Both — Select this option to display both the new price
and percentage of discount for the item(s) in the price agreement.
Note: This is available only if you have selected the
Print option.
Purchase price
Select this check box to display the purchase price of the
item(s) in the price agreement.
Note: This check box is available only if you have
selected the Print option.
Quantities
Select this check box to display the quantity (number of
items to purchase to be entitled for the discount) of the item(s) in the price
agreement.
Note: This check box is available only if you have
selected the Print option.
Supplier’s item code
Select this check box to display the supplier’s item code.
Note: This check box is available only if you have
selected the Print option.
Standard sales price
Select this check box to display the standard sales price of
the item(s) in the price agreement.
Note: This check box is available only if you have
selected the Print option.
Selection criteria
Select this check box to display the
selection criteria boxes in Microsoft Excel.
Descriptions in
Select the language of the item(s) to be displayed.
Note: This check box is available only if you have
selected the Print option.
