InterConnect for Macola Item Order History

The Item Order History report shows the order history of items for an account over a range of dates. You can change the sort order of the report by product category, item, last order number, last order date, quantity (ordered) and (quantity) shipped.

The graph shows the sales amount for each month in the date range. The list at the bottom shows the items that are within the search criteria.

You can add up to three columns of additional information for the report by selecting fields from Field 1, Field 2, and Field 3. There are five item notes and five user defined item fields to choose from. When you select a field, click the Refresh button to update the report.

Click an item's description in the Description column to open the Item Sales Report.

How to View Order History by Item

  1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Under the Macola Progression heading, click Orders/Sales

  4. On the Orders/Sales tab, under the Current Activity heading, click Item Order History.

  5. If using more than one division, select the Division that has the item history you want to view.
  6. Enter an Account number to see the item history for that customer.
  7. If needed, enter a range for Date: Ordered to narrow the search range.
  8. Click Refresh.
