EXACT SYNERGY ENTERPRISE 244

We've done away with employee self-service, business and full suite users in Synergy Enterprise 244.  Instead there is one basic user type giving you more control over the availability and cost of Synergy features for your employees. This user type is designed to give every employee in your organization basic access to Synergy, like searching for colleagues, creating tasks and submitting vacation requests, at a minimal cost.

To give basic users access to additional Synergy features, you have the option to assign license roles to your users. We have defined nine license roles:

• (1)Self-service and (2)CRM roles can have access to standard Synergy features such as expense claims, workflows and opportunities.
• (3)Professional roles can get total access to these features. These roles closely resemble earlier user types that existed in Synergy Enterprise and serve as a foundation for other license roles.
• The other roles: (4)Project controller role, (5) report manager role, (6)hour entry role, (7)enabling add-on role, (8) incoming invoice register role, (9)and the mobile role, give access to specific solutions in Synergy Enterprise.

Using the professional services automation solution project managers and financial controllers can get accurate project cost numbers in Globe. For every billable hour, Synergy Enterprise 244 quickly calculates project costs using employee rates and registers them in Globe. Now it also allows project managers and consultants to enter all kinds of project expenses to be marked for reimbursement.

In update 244 you can look at any Synergy document like viewing the details of your recent visit report on the way to your next meeting. Additionally Synergy Enterprise 244 lets you add remarks to requests.

Now it's possible to share the reports you created using Synergy's SQL reporting services integration. With 244 you can configure Synergy to send reports automatically to your colleagues daily, weekly, monthly or at the regular intervals you choose. You can also subscribe your customers to receive reports. And, of course, you can subscribe to any report, to see the most recent version of it when you want.

Exact Synergy Enterprise 244 is shipped with a preview version of the new interface. It's simple, clear and stripped to the bare essentials. Have a look and you'll find mega menus that highlight only the most important features and hide the ones rarely used. There's a single search box that provides suggestions on most frequently searched items. New icons focus your attention on key tasks, like creating a new document, submitting an expense claim or taking a day off. As the new interface you'll see is a preview we welcome your feedback on how to make to improve.
