Excel Add-in: explanation function STOCK_INFO

Introduction

With the STOCK_INFO function you can enter the stock positions of an item in the worksheet.

Explanation of the fields

Company
Select the administration from which you want to retrieve the Exact data. If you select 'Default', the data will be taken from the default company. If you select a company, the data from the selected company will be displayed.

The advantage of not selecting a company is that the same report can be used for each company. You only need to change the default company to get the right data.

Item code
Select the item code you want to use.

Warehouse code
Select the warehouse code you want to use.

Warehouse location
Select the warehouse location you want to use.

Type
Select the type of stock quantity you want to use.

Example

STOCK_INFO("AC1530",5,"1","",7)
This function results in the shelf stock quantity of item code"AC1530" in Warehouse 1 of company 5.
